Summary
Your Peeps settle atop Kewa, a sentient space whale, terraforming its back with canals, topsoil and forests while planning production chains around the contours of the land. Overuse shrinks the habitat, so you build outposts on nearby planets, trade with alien species, and keep Kewa willing to stay in a system.
