Summary
ChessXpanse sets up mid-battle positions on six board sizes, from 4x5 to 7x7, with the standard chess pieces plus the Mage, Gatekeeper and Archer. There are 66 battles, 11 per board size, each rotatable four ways for 244 starting layouts, and the goal is capturing the opponent's last king.
