You steer a leader whose linked teammates follow and fire on their own across 22 waves, while gates, sweep beams and lockdown zones tear the chain apart. Pick run upgrades between hordes, take one of 19 Evolutions after the Wave 11 mini-Hydra, and spend currency on 12 permanent meta branches between attempts.
