Summary
HemoSim puts you at a monitor watching a patient in shock, with pulse, mean arterial pressure, cardiac output and seven other coupled variables moving at once. You give dopamine, nitroglycerin, transfusions or the defibrillator, order labs like blood gas and Swan-Ganz, and play single cases in Free Mode or ten back-to-back cases in Exam Mode.
