Summary
You run a psychosomatic clinic, firing pills at floating text fragments to isolate clues and pin down each patient's condition, then stamping prescriptions through heartbeat-timed QTEs. Anxiety, depression, obsession, somatization and paranoia each change the QTE rules, and if your own Sanity meter empties you become a patient and the run ends.
