Political Life

Thirty years of politics, three months per turn

by Terminalabs

Summary

You enter politics in middle age from one of nine backgrounds and spend each quarter choosing among 149 activities across the chamber, party HQ, the courthouse and the back alley. Bills are assembled from a target, a means and a funding source, your ideology is computed from your votes and words, and everything you do lands in a Red File that reporters read back to you.

  • Three-month turns; a full life runs 100-200 moves
  • Hidden lifespan, described in prose instead of numbers
  • Ending is an obituary and one headstone line
