Summary
You reap souls in top-down battles lasting 30 seconds to two minutes, and partway through each fight a portal opens: souls banked before it are permanent, souls after it are lost if you die. Spend extracted souls in a permanent skill tree across 20 levels in 5 zones, each capped by a boss, plus a roguelike mode and daily challenges.
